Order Minimums

Minimum order quantity for airless bottles, lotion bottles and acrylic jars is 5,000 units, but for other products (HDPE & PET bottles, pumps & sprayers, plastic tubes and small jars and bottles) is 10,000 units. And, we'll provide different quantity options for your to compare the unit price. If your order is less than MOQ, welcome to email US(Contact Us) , we will contact you soon!

International Orders

KKPACK sends shipments internationally. Wire transfer（T/T） payments are preferred for any order over $500 shipping outside the CHINA., and this payment type will help speed international shipments.

Additional customs fees or import duties may be applied to shipments sent outside of the China. These fees are typically assessed once the shipment reaches its destination, and will vary from country to country. KKPACK has no jurisdiction over customs fees, and will not issue credit for customs fees levied by local governments on KKPACK shipments. KKPACK will also not be liable for any In Bond or storage fees levied if customs fees are not immediately paid. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the order recipient. Contact your local customs office for further details.

Prices

Prices are F.O.B. shanghai usually and are subjected to change without notice due to volatile exchange rates and/or typing errors. We will do our best to advise you of any changes.

Large Quantity Discounts

Discounts are available on all items based on the quantity you ordered. Most items have price breaks at case quantity, 10000+, 50000+ and higher quantities. Please E-mail us your quotation request including the item number and quantity required, We would be happy to customize a quote for you.

Shipping and Handling Charge

All shipments are made F.O.B. our plant. we can arrange Ocean shipment and Air shipment. If you have pointed forwarder, just send the contact information for us to arrange shipment, If you do not have a forwarder, we can help you find one.

About Delivery of Your Order

Our lead time is 25-35 working days not including the Chinese Legal holidays afer receiving your depsoit and confirmation samples based on 5,000pcs. If we have stock in our warehouse, we try to ship them in 24 hours. Of course this time frame may vary depending on the carrier you choose.

 

Order is damaged or missing

Please note that all shipments are insured. It is important for you to count your cases and inspect them for damage before you sign for them. If you notice any missing or damaged goods, report this to the driver and make sure it is noted on the receiving documents. Contact us immediately and advise us of the situation.
